How to serve Farmhouse Reblochon

Although Reblochon can be served all year round, it is considered particularly tasty in spring and summer when the cows are up in the high mountain pastures.
To enjoy it at its best, store it in its original packaging, at the bottom of the fridge, and remove it two hours before serving. It is generally served slightly more chilled than room temperature, ideally around 16°.
In order to bring out all its qualities, it should be cut in a wedge.
Reblochon de Savoie is traditionally served at the end of a meal, but it can also be enjoyed as a snack, with a salad, or thinly sliced to accompany an aperitif.
